Shipping and Sales Policy for TCG Singles

Condition

All singles are sold as-is in the condition listed. Every card is inspected by hand and graded to TCGplayer condition standards (Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, Damaged). Conditioning is done by associates, and minor variation within a condition grade is normal. Unless the listing states otherwise, cards are English-language, and the set, printing, and finish (foil or non-foil) are as listed.

Photos and listings

Listings use stock images. The card you receive matches the printing and condition described, not the exact copy pictured. Photo requests are answered within 2 to 4 business days. Requesting a photo does not reserve a card; it stays available for purchase until an order is placed.

Pricing and availability

Prices follow the market and may change without notice. Our online inventory is shared with our retail store, so on rare occasions a card may sell in store before an online order is pulled. If we cannot fill an item, or a listing contains a pricing error, we will cancel and refund that item and you will be notified.

Processing and shipping

Orders ship within 2 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Carrier transit time is additional, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Free shipping on US orders over $200 (subtotal after discounts, before tax). All other orders ship at the rate shown at checkout.

Singles are shipped sleeved, in toploaders, a team bag and inside a bubble mailer or box. Higher-value orders ship with tracking and may require a signature on delivery.

International orders: the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees.

Delivery issues

Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier.

Returns

Because card prices change daily, all singles sales are final. If a card arrives in a condition materially different from what was listed, or is not the card you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund. Returned cards must come back in the same condition they were sent.

Authenticity

We guarantee every card we sell is authentic. If you ever believe a card is counterfeit, contact us right away.

Order changes

Need to change or cancel an order? Reach out before it ships. Shipped orders cannot be changed.
